You may leave this blank if your preferred name is the same as your given name provided earlier.
Do you have preferred pronouns that you'd like us to use in our correspondence & interactions?
Disclosing your preferred pronouns is absolutely and unequivocally optional.
You do not need to answer this question and can leave the field blank. We do not consider gender in any way when reviewing candidates for this position. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome EVERYONE to apply. The purpose of this question is simply to allow us to communicate with you in a respectful and unassuming manner, if you so wish to provide us with the information.
Do you have any talents, interests, hobbies, or goals that you think might be relevant, or that you'd simply like to share with us?
Our team is full of people who love to do stuff. Skiing, running (road and trail), hiking, climbing, and just about anything else that keeps us active and outside, as well as a variety of more indoorsy endeavors like woodworking, ski-making, welding and (believe it or not) gaming. You might be surprised how the talent and tenacity one shows pursuing their hobbies can often translate into having a tendency towards being really good at the trades! We would be glad to learn more about what you like to do, where your passions lie, and what drives you.
Why you are choosing to pursue a career in the trades? What has brought you here? Why do you think it will be a good fit for you?
If everyone on our team has one thing in common, it's our universal aversion to the idea of being stuck in an office. Our office is a lift basket, in the beautiful outdoors, doing what we love and experiencing the instant gratification of working with our hands and seeing the results. We've come from all backgrounds, but a rebellion against what is normally expected of a person in order to earn a "professional" living is a tie that binds us all together now. Do you have a good story? Did you grow up around the trades and now have decided to jump in for yourself? Are you sick of your 9-5 in front of a screen and want to do something more healthy, tangible and rewarding with your life? Do you simply think you've got what it takes and want to take a stab at this opportunity? Whatever it is that has brought you here, we'd love to know more!
